UST in Madrid is seeking a seasoned Mid Java Developer to design and maintain enterprise-grade applications, integrate systems, and drive quality across the SDLC.

Hybrid model in Madrid (3x2) with training on Actico Platform. You will work on RESTful services, messaging, and data integration using Kafka, Oracle, and IBM MQ.

Strong ownership, proactive attitude, and ability to test and validate your own work in the absence of a dedicated QA team.

Formación

• Extensive hands-on experience as a Java Developer with enterprise-grade applications.
• Strong knowledge of the Java stack, software engineering best practices and SDLC.
• Good understanding of RESTful web services integration.
• Experience with Eclipse IDE, and version control (Git).
• Experience with Oracle Database and SQL development.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka is highly preferred.
• Experience with enterprise messaging, queuing, or event-streaming technologies.
• Familiarity with asynchronous communication patterns and distributed systems.
• Ability to design, create and execute functional, integration and acceptance tests.
• Since there is no dedicated QA team initially, you will ensure quality and stability of your own applications.
