Qaracter, firma de consultoría internacional con oficinas en España, Argentina y México, busca un Desarrollador Full Stack para unirse a un equipo de producto innovador. Diseñarás y mantendrás aplicaciones móviles modernas usando React e Ionic, y desarrollarás servicios back-end con Node.js.

Se valora experiencia con TypeScript, REST APIs, Sequelize y herramientas de IA para mejorar la productividad. Ofrecemos modelo híbrido o remoto, aprendizaje continuo y un entorno tecnológico dinámico.

Formación

• 2–3+ años de experiencia desarrollando aplicaciones móviles
• Experiencia sólida con Node.js
• Conocimientos de React y TypeScript
• Experiencia desarrollando servicios backend y REST APIs
• Experiencia usando Sequelize ORM
• Comodidad con herramientas de IA para desarrollo (p. ej. Copilot)
• Nivel de inglés B2 o superior es valorado

Responsabilidades

• Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener aplicaciones móviles modernas con React e Ionic
• Desarrollar servicios back-end escalables con Node.js
• Construir y consumir APIs REST
• Desarrollar código limpio, mantenible y bien probado con TypeScript
• Trabajar con Sequelize y bases de datos relacionales
• Colaborar con Product, UX/UI, QA y equipos de ingeniería a lo largo del ciclo de vida
• Participar en revisiones de código y decisiones arquitectónicas
• Aprovechar herramientas de IA para mejorar productividad y calidad del código

At Qaracter, we're looking for a Full Stack Developer with experience in Node.Js, React, and TypeScript to join an innovative product team. You'll contribute to the development of modern mobile applications while working with cutting-edge technologies and AI-assisted development practices. What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain modern mobile applications using React and Ionic
• Develop scalable backend services with Node.Js
• Build and consume RESTful APIs
• Develop clean, maintainable, and well-tested code using TypeScript
• Work with Sequelize and relational databases
• Collaborate with Product, UX/UI, QA, and engineering teams throughout the software lifecycle
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions
• Leverage AI-powered development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, etc.) to improve productivity and code quality

What We're Looking For

• 2–3+ years of experience developing mobile applications
• Strong experience with Node.Js
• Solid knowledge of React and TypeScript
• Experience developing backend services and REST APIs
• Experience using Sequelize ORM
• Comfortable working with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar
• Strong problem-solving skills and collaborative mindset
• English level B2 or higher is highly valued

Nice to Have

• Experience with Ionic Framework
• Knowledge of mobile deployment processes (iOS & Android)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
