Confidencial en Madrid busca un/a Ingeniero/a de Software Full Stack para unirse a equipos de ingeniería y contribuir al diseño, desarrollo y mantenimiento de aplicaciones web modernas. Se enfocará en React, TypeScript y tecnologías cloud-native para entregar soluciones seguras y escalables.

Trabajarás en un entorno ágil con ingenieros, product managers y equipos transversales, influenciando la arquitectura y buenas prácticas.

Formación

• 3–5 años de experiencia como Ingeniero de Software.
• Sólida experiencia práctica con React y TypeScript.
• Experiencia en construir aplicaciones de producción.
• Conocimiento de APIs REST y microservicios.
• Experiencia en ambientes cloud-native y Kubernetes.
• Pruebas automatizadas y buenas prácticas de desarrollo.

Responsabilidades

• Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener funciones frontend y backend.
• Crear aplicaciones web escalables con React y TypeScript.
• Diseñar e integrar APIs REST.
• Mejorar componentes para escalabilidad, fiabilidad y seguridad.
• Participar en decisiones de arquitectura y diseño de ingeniería.
• Desarrollar pruebas unitarias, de integración y end‑to‑end.
• Colaborar con equipos de ingeniería, producto y plataforma.
• Mentorizar a ingenieros junior cuando corresponda.

They are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join one of their core engineering teams and help build scalable, cloud-native solutions that power their flagship product.

About The Role

This is a hands‑on engineering position where you'll contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of modern web applications with a strong focus on React, TypeScript, and cloud‑native technologies.

You'll work alongside experienced engineers, product managers, and cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment, helping to deliver secure, scalable, and high‑quality software while influencing architecture and engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain frontend and backend features.
• Build scalable, high‑performance web applications using React and TypeScript.
• Design and integrate REST APIs.
• Improve existing components focusing on scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability.
• Participate in software architecture discussions and technical design decisions.
• Develop unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements.Participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and platform teams.
• Mentor junior engineers when appropriate.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Strong hands‑on experience with React.
• Strong hands‑on experience with TypeScript.
• Experience building production‑grade applications.
• Solid understanding of Clean Code, SOLID principles, and modular software design.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Experience working with microservices.
• Experience with cloud‑native environments.
• Kubernetes knowledge.
• Experience with automated testing.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent English.
