UST España & Latam en Madrid busca un profesional de Soporte de Aplicaciones Java para asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de aplicaciones bancarias, con modelo mixto (3 días en oficina, 2 días teletrabajo).

Se valora experiencia en soporte de aplicaciones, Unix, Windows Server y Java/BD; inglés fluido. Se trabajará en incidentes, cambios y despliegues, con guardias y mejoras operativas.

Formación

• Experiencia profesional en soporte de aplicaciones.
• Conocimientos de Unix (shell scripting es una ventaja).
• Conocimientos de Windows Server a nivel de servidor.
• Conocimientos de Java App Server / base de datos / AWA (ventaja).
• Buen inglés hablado y escrito; alemán es una ventaja.

Responsabilidades

• Garantizar operación de aplicaciones bancarias centrales (2º nivel).
• Procesar incidencias generadas por monitorización y service desk, dentro de SLAs.
• Coordinar comunicaciones entre incident managers, owners y terceros.
• Tomar guardias semanales 7x24.
• Administrar solicitudes de cambio para procesos de apps.
• Participar en despliegues periódicos durante fines de semana.
• Participar en proyectos operativos para apps existentes o integradas.
• Optimizar procesos y automatizar tareas repetitivas con handover a L1.

What we look for?

We are looking for Application Operations Support , to contribute in a project with one of our global customer in wealth management.

Work Location: Work model in hybrid in Madrid (3 days at the office, 2 WFH),

Main tasks and accountabilities will be:

• Ensuring the operation of core banking applications in respect to application management (2nd level support)
• Processing of incident tickets generated by monitoring systems and the local service desk within SLAs
• Performing coordination / communication tasks between incident managers, applications service owners, 3rd-level support and other IT / Business stakeholders
• Takeover of periodical on-call duty (weekly 7x24)
• Administration of change requests, for application related process fulfillment
• Participation in periodic releases on weekends
• Engage in projects relating to operational aspects for existing or newly integrated applications
• Process optimization and automation of repetitive tasks including handover to L1 (Control Center)

What do we expect from you?

• Professional experience in application support
• Good Unix know-how (shell scripting is an advantage)
• Knowledge of Windows OS at server level
• Knowledge of Java application server / database / AWA is an advantage
• Good written and spoken English, German an advantage

Nice to have

• ITIL Foundation certification
• Ideally, experience in banking with a knowledge of financial products
• Process-oriented and analytical approach
