Werfen is seeking an Application Support Specialist for Transfusion & Autoinmunidad to provide technical and application support for IVD instruments and reagents. The role involves troubleshooting, guiding customers remotely, and escalating when necessary to ensure rapid issue resolution.

Key tasks include handling inquiries via phone, documenting cases, and collaborating with sales, IT, and QA teams. Occasional travel within Spain is expected, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Biology, or Health Sciences (or equivalent).
• Solid understanding of laboratory techniques.
• Fluency in Spanish; English skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical and application support for IVD instruments and reagents.
• Troubleshoot and resolve break/fix issues via phone/remote access.
• Collaborate with Field Service Engineers and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
