Job summary

Minor Hotels seeks an Assets & Development Analyst for the Italian market, based in Madrid or Milan. You will support and drive asset management initiatives, coordinate analyses, and prepare negotiation materials while aligning internal stakeholders across regional offices.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in international hotel contexts and strong finance/P&L knowledge, with fluency in Italian and English. Travel to sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Between 1 and 2 years’ experience in an international hotel context is preferred.
• Knowledge in finance and understanding of hotel P&L is expected.
• High level of Italian and English (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Support Asset Management & Development in day‑to‑day Italian market projects.
• Gather and analyze information to prepare negotiation strategies and development plans.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Tax, Building and Operations across Madrid and Milan offices.
• Prepare presentations for Top Management.
• Participate in contract negotiations with stakeholders.
• Assist in achieving yearly objectives and action plan milestones.
