Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Development Associate based in Madrid to support investment analysis and development management for living projects in Italy. The role requires occasional travel to Italy and interaction with senior management on feasibility, market research, and reporting.

You will engage in financial modelling, budgeting, and cost control, while coordinating with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field.
• Fluent in English and Italian; strong communication.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Italian building regulations and planning processes.
• Experience in real estate investment and development preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct detailed financial modelling, valuation, and feasibility analyses for acquisitions and development opportunities.
• Develop and interpret multi‑tier waterfall models and financial analyses.
• Assist budgeting, cost control, and cash flow monitoring across development projects.
• Prepare investment papers, market reports, and presentations for internal committees.
• Support planning approvals, permits, and regulatory compliance in Italy.
