• Manage accommodation inquiries, booking modifications, and cancellation requests.
• Resolve travel-related issues quickly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with international hotel partners to troubleshoot reservation discrepancies.
• Provide guidance on travel policies and platform features for a seamless experience.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions for service improvements.
• Act as an ambassador for Booking.com clients and brand identity.
