You will convert orders, manage multiple details, and maintain high customer satisfaction in a dynamic start-up environment.

The role emphasizes proactive sales, teamwork, and ongoing learning; relocation support and language training are provided to help you settle in Spain.

Qualifications

• Native Italian speaker with clear, friendly communication skills.
• Proactive and sales-minded attitude.
• Able to stay accurate while handling multiple orders and details.
• Sales experience is a plus, training provided if motivated.

Responsibilities

• Speak with existing Italian-speaking customers over the phone; no cold calls.
• Convert orders to home-brand products where fitting.
• Spot upsell opportunities for cartridges, paper bundles, and more.
• Drive conversations toward extra sales of home-brand products to grow market share.
• Process orders in Printabout order management system (easy to learn).
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth delivery and happy customers.
• Contribute ideas as the company grows; fresh input is valued.
• Encourage friends to apply and join the team.
