Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Barcelona is hiring a Digital Software Advisor to bridge our software portfolio with customer success. You will validate complex opportunities, lead PoCs, and run remote demonstrations tailored to technical and executive audiences.

You will train customers and partners, handle escalations with Level 3 Support, and relay field insights to product management to influence the roadmap of HP’s digital services. Fluency in English and Italian is required.

Formación

• 3–5+ years in technical pre‑sales or solution architecture.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Experience with SaaS, endpoint management, and cybersecurity.

Responsabilidades

• Validate opportunities with Sales to ensure a high‑probability pipeline.
• Lead end‑to‑end PoC execution and define success criteria with clients.
• Conduct remote demonstrations for varied audiences, from IT admins to C‑level execs.
• Design and deliver technical enablement sessions for customers and partners.
• Serve as the escalation point during sales cycle or early deployment.
• Capture field insights and feed back to Product Management for roadmapping.
