Levata by Logiscenter is seeking a dynamic sales-oriented intern to support the Italian market. You will engage with customers, develop accounts, and craft tailored quotes while maintaining CRM/ERP updates and pipeline visibility.

You will collaborate with the sales team to deliver a high-quality customer experience, negotiate with partners, and maximize margins in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Strong customer-centric mindset with excellent relationship-building skills.
• Nice to have - experience in telesales and/or e-commerce environments.
• Nice to have - background in sales and customer service, ideally within the IT sector.
• Highly results-oriented, with a strong drive to exceed sales targets.
• Italian (spoken and written) is required; Spanish and English are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Adopting a consultative sales approach to identify opportunities and win new business.
• Managing inbound and outbound customer interactions, with a strong focus on the Italian market.
• Owning and developing a portfolio of accounts, ensuring accurate CRM/ERP updates, follow-ups, and pipeline management.
• Preparing and managing tailored quotes, proposals, and commercial documentation.
• Building long-term client relationships by delivering outstanding post-sales support and solution-oriented selling.
• Negotiating with suppliers, clients, and partners to optimize profitability and maximize margins.
• Providing hands-on support to customers, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience at every stage.
