Job summary

Xiaomi Technology is seeking an IT Infrastructure Administrator to oversee the office IT backbone in Madrid. You will build, operate and maintain networked systems, servers and desktop environments to ensure secure, stable operations.

Responsibilities include installing and distributing office equipment, providing 7×24 global IT support for office users, creating knowledge base documents and driving standardization of IT services. Fluency in English or Chinese is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in computer-related majors.
• At least 2 years of experience in overseas office network construction and desktop support services.
• Proficient in professional computer networking knowledge; familiar with routers, switches, firewalls, server products and related technologies.
• CCNA/CCNP or equivalent certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Job description

• Responsible for the construction, operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure for the office and its coverage areas, including computer room engineering, structured cabling, installation, commissioning and maintenance of network devices and servers, to ensure secure and stable system operation.
• Responsible for the installation and distribution of office terminals such as computers and printers, as well as the detection and resolution of daily hardware and desktop issues.
• Provide 7×24 global IT technical support for worldwide office users, with familiarity in ITSM systems and ITIL-related processes.
• Compile IT support technical documents, build an IT knowledge base and promote the standardization of IT services. Regularly summarize IT technical support issues and generate reports to drive the optimization and improvement of IT service quality.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer-related majors.
• At least 2 years of experience in overseas office network construction and desktop support services.
• Proficient in professional computer networking knowledge, familiar with mainstream routers, switches, firewalls, server products and related technologies. Candidates with Cisco CCNA/CCNP or equivalent certifications from other vendors are preferred.
• Able to use the local language of the country of residence, English or Chinese as working languages, with fluent oral communication skills.
