Edwards Lifesciences in Spain seeks an experienced IT support specialist to provide on-site hardware and software assistance, manage imaging and deployment processes, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals. You will work closely with regional teams to ensure smooth IT operations in a patient-focused environment.

Ideal candidates have 5 years of IT experience, strong customer service, and proficiency in Active Directory, Windows, VPN and Office 365.

Formación

• Associate's Degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
• 5 years of IT hardware/software experience.
• Strong customer service and problem solving skills.
• Effective cable management for organized workstations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site IT hardware support for installation, integration and maintenance of computing devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software for desktops, laptops, and peripherals (Tier 2/3).
• Configure and manage workstations and deployment imaging per global standards.
• Carry out daily support tasks (moves, adds, changes) for desktops and peripherals.
• Coordinate with vendors for orders, warranties and project needs.
• Train users on hardware/software usage with brief, hands-on sessions.
• Manage asset identification and lifecycle upgrades.
• Maintain ticketing updates and cost visibility for service requests.
