Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is seeking an IT Support Intern to help ensure employees can work smoothly by maintaining workplace technology and resolving issues with Windows, Microsoft 365, and connectivity.

You will gain hands-on experience in diagnosing incidents, assisting users, and learning internal standards, tools, and security practices while growing in a dynamic, service‑oriented environment. Based in Madrid, the role offers real-world exposure and training opportunities.

Formación

• VET in IT / Systems Administration / Networking, or higher IT degree.
• Fluent in Spanish; English proficiency.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-line IT support for HQ users: diagnose and resolve incidents for Windows, Microsoft 365, email, and connectivity.
• Prepare and deploy PCs and peripherals: imaging, configuration, software installation, onboarding/offboarding support (accounts and access).
• Support office equipment (printers, meeting room devices, monitors, docking stations) and coordinate with vendors/escalation teams when needed.
• Manage basic user administration tasks: password resets, group membership, shared mailboxes, per internal procedures and security guidelines.
• Document resolutions and maintain ticket/asset records to improve knowledge base and reduce repeats.
