BESTSELLER is seeking an IT Supporter for our Malaga office to provide first-line IT support to colleagues across BESTSELLER. The role will mainly involve phone and chat support, addressing issues with devices, software, and setups, and guiding users to self-service options.

• IT support education or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on IT support experience, preferably from a service desk.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Providing first-level IT support to colleagues by phone and chat.
• Assisting with IT equipment setup and everyday technical issues.
• Registering and following up on support cases and updating documentation.
• Guiding colleagues to self-service options and sharing knowledge within the team.
• Contributing to consistent support practices and improvements across the team.
