Job summary

Amazon is seeking an IT Support Engineer to keep our IT systems running smoothly on site. You will troubleshoot issues, support end-user devices, and help deploy IT infrastructure for new buildings while collaborating with remote and on-site teams.

You will mentor technicians, participate in process improvements, and occasionally travel to other sites within the country and abroad. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with a relevant EU driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent is required.
• Experience troubleshooting and identifying root causes of IT issues.
• Experience with Linux and/or Windows OS support and scaling systems.
• Strong IP networking knowledge (TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, DHCP) and IT service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support end-user equipment and building IT infrastructure on site.
• Assist with IT projects, including new building setups and integrations.
• Suggest process improvements for IT usage in operations sites.
• Train and mentor IT technicians and colleagues.
