BV TECH Group in Madrid is seeking an IT Service Operations Support to join our client’s team. You will handle emergency management, maintenance of security devices, basic infrastructure support, and documentation of monitoring activities.

The ideal candidate has at least one year in a similar role, a technical degree, strong English, and solid knowledge of Windows, Linux, networks, and hardware/software troubleshooting. This is a one-year fixed-term contract with prospects for stabilization.

Formación

• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals.
• Ability to diagnose and solve hardware and software problems.

We are looking for a IT Service Operations Support. Location: Madrid. Employment type: Full-time | On-site. Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Position: BV Tech S.P.A., an engineering and ICT services company, is looking to expand its team for a client located in Lisbon an IT Service Operations.

• Emergency Management: promptly respond to emergency situations
• Maintenance and Updates: contribute to the maintenance and updating of security devices and software
• Technical Support: provide basic technical support for infrastructure-related issues, such as system restoration or hardware problem resolution
• Reporting and Recording: carefully document monitoring activities and actions taken.

What we're looking for:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Degree or diploma in a technical or scientific field
• Excellent knowledge of the English language
• Strong knowledge of the main OS (Windows, Linux)
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals
• Ability in hardware and software problem solving
