Tribute Brands is seeking an IT Support specialist in Barcelona to handle day-to-day technology operations. You will be the first line of support for internal teams and Franchise Partners, ensuring systems are stable, secure, and scalable.

Reporting to the IT Manager, you will manage Microsoft 365, WordPress, and related tools, while coordinating with vendors and maintaining documentation. This role is hybrid in Barcelona and suitable for entry-level professionals looking to grow with a dynamic

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-line IT support across all studio locations, resolving hardware, software and connectivity issues efficiently.
• Support key third-party platforms including Momence, Accuro, and MTS.
• Assist and administer core business systems: Microsoft 365, Asana, Zoho One, WordPress, and key third-party platforms.
• Support domain management, DNS configuration, web hosting, and basic website updates and maintenance.
• Maintain clear IT documentation and deliver practical user training to improve
• Identify system inefficiencies and support continuous improvement of the IT ecosystem.
• Assist the evaluation, implementation, and scaling of new tools and technologies.
• Coordinate with technology vendors and suppliers, supporting procurement and inventory management.

The Role

The IT Support is a hands-on role supporting day-to-day technology operations across the business. Previous experience working with Microsoft 365 in a similar role is required. Key responsibilities include:
