Tribute Brands is seeking an IT Support professional to provide hands-on, day-to-day technology operations support across our studio locations in Barcelona. You will be the first point of contact for internal teams and Franchise Partners, ensuring systems are stable, secure and scalable.

Experience with Microsoft 365 in a similar role is required, with familiarity with platforms like Momence, Accuro, MTS and WordPress.

• Support third-party platforms including Momence, Accuro, and MTS.
• Administer core systems: Microsoft 365, Asana, Zoho One, WordPress.
• Manage domain/DNS, web hosting, and basic website updates.

The Role:

The IT Support is a hands-on role supporting day-to-day technology operations across the business. Reporting into the IT Manager, this position serves as the first line of support for internal teams and Franchise Partners, ensuring systems are stable, secure, and fit for scale. Previous experience working with Microsoft 365 in a similar role is required.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide first-line IT support across all studio locations, resolving hardware, software and connectivity issues efficiently.
• Support key third-party platforms including Momence, Accuro, and MTS.
• Assist and administer core business systems: Microsoft 365, Asana, Zoho One, WordPress, and key third-party platforms.
• Support domain management, DNS configuration, web hosting, and basic website updates and maintenance.
• Maintain clear IT documentation and deliver practical user training to improve
• Identify system inefficiencies and support continuous improvement of the IT ecosystem.
• Assist the evaluation, implementation, and scaling of new tools and technologies.
• Coordinate with technology vendors and suppliers, supporting procurement and inventory management.
