You lead IT service delivery for a manufacturing plant, ensuring all production‑critical systems are available, secure, and performing reliably. This role sits at the intersection of IT, operations, and regional teams, and is essential to keeping the plant running safely, efficiently, and in line with Lear values and governance standards.
5+ years of experience in IT operations or service delivery in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
2+ years of experience leading or supervising an IT team.
Strong knowledge of infrastructure, networks, end‑user systems, and IT security.
Experience working with IT governance frameworks, ISMS, and SOX‑controlled environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
