Lear Corporation seeks an experienced IT Plant Operations Lead to oversee IT service delivery for a manufacturing plant, ensuring availability, security and reliable performance of production-critical systems. The role intersects IT, operations and regional teams to keep the plant running safely and efficiently.

The candidate will manage the IT team, enforce standards, and ensure governance compliance across ISMS and SOX frameworks, while aligning local practices to global guidelines.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in IT operations or service delivery in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of experience leading or supervising an IT team.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure, networks, end-user systems, and IT security.
• Experience with IT governance frameworks, ISMS, and SOX-controlled environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead plant IT operations and act as the first escalation point during critical incidents.
• Ensure high availability and performance of hardware, networks, IT security, and telecommunications systems.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality IT services to support production and business users.
• Monitor, maintain, and secure IT systems to protect the integrity and confidentiality of company data.
• Ensure compliance with ISMS, Sarbanes-Oxley, and internal IT governance and control requirements.
• Enforce corporate IT standards and align local practices with regional and global guidelines.
• Manage the plant IT team, including recruitment, performance management, training, scheduling, and on-call support.
• Maintain accurate documentation, procedures, and knowledge bases using corporate incident and service tools.
