Your Tasks

System Integration

• Design, implement, and maintain integrated IT systems supporting business operations.

Maintenance & Support

• Ensure high availability and performance of IT systems through continuous maintenance

and support.

Troubleshooting

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and maintain operational

continuity.

Monitoring

• Proactively monitor system performance, availability, and security, and implement

improvements when necessary.

Documentation

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, workflows

and technical procedures.

Collaboration

• Work closely with cross-functional IT teams to support integrated, cohesive system

environments.

Compliance

• Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and standards, including KRITIS and DORA

requirements.

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

Education

• Completed training as an IT Specialist in System Integration or equivalent technical

background.

Experience

• At least 2 years of professional experience in system integration, ideally within a Service

Operation Center environment.

Technical Skills

• Operating Systems: Windows, Linux, macOS
• Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN
• Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V
• Cloud: AWS, Azure
• Security: Firewalls, IDS/IPS, encryption technologies

Certifications (preferred)

• CompTIA Network+
• CompTIA Security+
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
• Or comparable certifications

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
• Proactive approach to learning and continuous improvement.
• Willingness and ability to work in 24/7 shift schedules.

Required Languages

• German: B2
• English: B1/B2
