Concentrix in Barcelona is seeking an Inside Sales Representative (German-speaking) to join our hybrid team. You will provide expert, consultative account management to clients and partners, and develop a growing business within assigned accounts.

You will research new sales opportunities, prepare proposals, track sales activity and drive profitability while meeting quotas. The role requires German and advanced English, strong communication skills, and a proactive, self-motivated mindset.

Formación

• Bilingual in German and fluent in English.
• Solid background in B2B sales.
• Strong communication skills.
• Self-motivated and goal oriented.
• Experience working with channel partners is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert, consultative account management to clients and partners.
• Develop and maintain long-term account relationships to ensure visibility of strategy and activities.
• Research new sales opportunities within existing portfolios.
• Prepare commercial and technical service proposals and drive profitability; meet sales quotas.
• Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to sales pipeline.
• Respond promptly to customer or partner inquiries and resolve issues.

As an Inside Sales Representative on our team, you will:

• Provide expert assistance to the list of clients and partners using a consultative approach to account management
• Create the business environment for sustained growth on the account
• Develop and maintain the relationship within the account in order to maintain long term visibility of strategy, plans and competitor activity
• Research new sales opportunities within the existing portfolio of accounts
• Prepare commercial and technical service proposals - Focus on driving profitability through proactive management - Execute and achieve sales quota and targets
• Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to sales pipeline.
• Timely response and resolution of incoming customer or partner calls
