Job summary

Joko, the AI shopping app, is seeking a Security-focused IT Operations lead to own identity, access management, and endpoint security across our rapidly growing org. You will automate core security workflows, deploy an IdP and MDM, and establish robust security governance to enable fast, safe growth.

You will work at the intersection of IT Ops and security, shaping zero-touch access, incident response playbooks, and AI tool security policies while supporting teams globally in a hybrid/remote

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in IT Ops, security or systems administration.
• Strong cross-functional communication and ability to translate security stakes into plain language.
• Automation-first mindset with ability to build and automate workflows.
• Experience deploying IdP or MDM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up an Identity Provider (SSO, SCIM) and own password manager with MFA.
• Automate access provisioning/deprovisioning across tools (SSO, SCIM, low-code workflows).
• Deploy an MDM solution for centralized device management.
• Review tooling catalog and ensure security audits are up to date.
