Job summary

Allianz Technology IBL is seeking a Risk Officer to oversee operational and technological risk within the second line of defense. You will coordinate risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and reporting, and support risk committees and internal audits.

The role requires a degree in Computer Engineering or Telecommunications, 4–6 years of IT risk experience, strong English (B2), and familiarity with COSO/COBIT/ISO frameworks. Hybrid work with international collaboration.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications or equivalent.
• 4-6 years of IT/operational risk management experience.
• English (B2 minimum) with strong written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee risk management and internal control framework implementation.
• Coordinate identification and assessment of operational and technological risks.
• Define and monitor mitigation plans and corrective actions.
• Perform control testing and evaluate design/effectiveness.
• Prepare risk and internal control reporting for management.
• Support risk committees and risk monitoring forums.
