Job summary

Allianz Services in Barcelona seeks a senior Information Security Risk Manager to strengthen its risk governance framework across the group. You will monitor KRIs, coordinate with operating entities, and drive improvements in cyber risk controls.

Fluency in English is required; a second European language is a plus. The role offers a hybrid work model with international collaboration and opportunities to shape enterprise security initiatives.

Qualifications

• Certification in information security governance and risk management.
• Experience in large international organizations and cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent English; additional major language (German, Italian, Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous monitoring and reporting of KRIs and control deficiencies related to IS and cyber risk.
• Provide global expert support to Operating Entities in risk management activities and mitigations.
• Collaborate with OEs and Group Functions for Third-Party Cyber Risk and risk assessments.
• Lead OE user-group discussions to share best practices and drive improvements.
