Job summary

Allianz Technology SE Spain Branch is seeking an Information Security Support Specialist to join a hybrid agile team. You will drive diverse IS initiatives, support risk governance, and collaborate with CSI, tribes, squads and central security functions.

You will coordinate pentest activities, assist in risk management and audit readiness, and help maintain knowledge bases across Confluence, SharePoint and Wiki. English fluency is required; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 0–3 years in information security or IT governance.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks and internal security standards.
• Familiarity with enterprise tools (ServiceNow, ADOIT, Archer, Presto, GIAM).

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of IS initiatives across CSI, including vulnerability management, IAM, and remediation.
• Coordinate and support pentest activities with testers and application teams.
• Support risk management lifecycle in Archer and Presto; assist in audit preparation and evidence tracking.
• Contribute to the Risk Shield process across CSI tribes, squads, ISOs, and central security functions; communicate across levels.
• Maintain and verify data in ServiceNow, ADOIT, Presto, and Archer; ensure timely follow-up.
• Document IS knowledge on Confluence, SharePoint, and Wiki; identify gaps and propose improvements.
• Stay current on IS topics and explore Generative AI tools to improve documentation and processes.
