Allianz Group is seeking an Information Security Risk Management Lead to shape and mature risk governance across the organization. You will monitor KRIs, support global entities, and advance cyber risk programs with external partners to strengthen resilience and regulatory compliance.

The role requires experience in large multinational settings, English fluency, and certifications in IS governance. A hybrid work model with international collaboration is offered.

Qualifications

• Practical information security governance and risk management experience in large orgs.
• Certifications in IS governance (CISM/CRISC/ISO27001) are preferred.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive proactive monitoring and reporting of KRIs and control deficiencies related to Information Security and Cyber Risk.
• Provide global expert support to Operating Entities in risk management activities and mitigations.
• Collaborate with OEs and Group Functions on Third-Party Cyber Risk and risk assessments.
• Facilitate user-group discussions and promote continuous improvement of IS risk management practices.
