Job summary

Amaris Consulting is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager – Retail & Digital Transformation to lead complex IT projects across ERP, OMS, WMS and other enterprise platforms. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, timelines and budgets, and report to stakeholders at all levels in a global, multicultural environment.

Applicants should have 5+ years in IT project management, strong vendor coordination, and fluency in English. A PMP, PRINCE2 or Scrum certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT project management experience.
• Experience with ERP/OMS/WMS and enterprise platforms.
• Experience in Retail, Commerce, E-commerce or Omnichannel environments.
• Strong governance, budgeting and financial management.
• Experience coordinating multiple vendors and System Integrators.
• Good understanding of system integrations, data flows, interfaces and middleware.
• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and RFP processes.
• Proven experience managing global projects and cross-functional/virtual teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management in business and IT.
• Fluent English in international environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Systems Analysis or related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum or Agile certification would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects involving ERP, OMS, WMS and other platforms.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, System Integrators and technology partners.
• Act as main contact between business stakeholders, IT teams and external partners.
• Drive integration planning and execution across data, interfaces and middleware.
• Lead project governance, Steering Committees and executive reporting.
• Identify risks and mitigation plans; ensure alignment and delivery across stakeholders.
