• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and functional documentation.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience mapping AS-IS and TO-BE processes.
• Experience working with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies and cross-functional teamwork.
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in an international environment.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, processes, and pain points.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyse and map AS-IS and TO-BE processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Participate in workshops, meetings, and requirements-gathering sessions with different stakeholders.
• Collaborate with development and technical teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented.
• Support testing activities, UAT, solution validation, and defect analysis.
• Ensure alignment between business expectations, functional requirements, and delivered solutions.
• Contribute to project documentation and support stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and opportunities related to business requirements.
• Support continuous improvement of processes and solutions.
