Approach People Recruitment is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead international IT implementation, rollout, and infrastructure projects. You will coordinate technical and business stakeholders across countries, ensuring end-to-end delivery with a strong emphasis on systems, networks, and dependencies.

The role requires 5+ years in IT Project Management, excellent English and Spanish, and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, BIS, IS, or Economics.
• Minimum 5 years of IT Project Management experience.
• Experience in IT implementation, rollout, deployment, infrastructure, systems, or network projects.
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and dependencies.
• Ability to communicate with technical teams and understand constraints.
• Strong planning, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in international or multi-country environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead international IT implementation, rollout, deployment, and infrastructure projects.

• Understand dependencies between systems and network teams and their impact on delivery.
• Coordinate local and global IT teams through the project lifecycle.
• Lead project meetings, steering committees and progress reviews.
• Coordinate testing, deployment, go-live and hypercare activities.
• Manage issues, risks, dependencies and local requirements.
• Ensure alignment with global IT standards and processes.
• Prepare project reporting for stakeholders and management.
• Support communication, training and change management when required.
• Ensure a smooth transition to IT Operations after project completion.

The Role

Our client, an international Medtech organization, is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead international IT implementation, rollout, and infrastructure-related projects.

You will manage projects end-to-end, from planning through deployment, go-live, and hypercare, coordinating technical teams, business stakeholders, external partners, and local organizations across different countries.

The role has a strong technical dimension, with a particular focus on working closely with Infrastructure, Systems, and Network teams.

A background exclusively focused on infrastructure is not required. We are also open to IT Project Managers with broader experience across different IT environments, provided they have a good understanding of systems, networks, infrastructure, and the dependencies between technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead international IT implementation, rollout, deployment, and infrastructure-related projects;
• Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and deliverables;
• Coordinate Infrastructure, Systems, and Network engineers, as well as business stakeholders and external partners;
• Understand the technical activities, constraints, and dependencies between systems and network teams and anticipate their impact on project delivery;

• Manage issues, risks, dependencies, and local requirements;

Your Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business Information Technology, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Project Management;
• Experience managing IT implementation, rollout, deployment, transformation, infrastructure, systems, or network-related projects;
• A good understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and technical dependencies;
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and understand their constraints and interdependencies;
• Strong planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills;
• Experience working in international or multi-country environments;
• Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset;
• Strong communication and organizational skills;
• Excellent English and Spanish;
• Willingness to travel approximately 10–15% of the time.

A PMP, PRINCE2, or other Project Management certification is a plus.

Knowledge of ITIL is an advantage.
