InnoIT Consulting in Barcelona seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead technology initiatives across Iberia and Latam, driving end-to-end delivery and ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, quality and governance.

You will coordinate cross‑functional teams and vendors, manage stakeholder communications, monitor risks and financials, and champion best practices in a multicultural, international environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing IT projects in complex environments.
• Fluent Spanish and good English level.
• Proven experience managing project scope, budget, risks, timelines and stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural and international environments.

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver technology initiatives across Iberia and Latam. You'll be responsible for driving end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, stakeholder expectations, timelines, budget, quality standards and governance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects throughout the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing IT projects in complex environments
• Fluent Spanish and good English level
• Proven experience managing project scope, budget, risks, timelines and stakeholders
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural and international environments

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP systems
• Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent
• Experience working in matrix organizations and large-scale transformation programs
