Antal International Network is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead strategic technology and digital projects from initiation to delivery. The role spans web, mobile, e-commerce, CRM integrations and coordination with external partners, ensuring scope, quality, timelines and budget adherence.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 years in IT project management, strong stakeholder management, and excellent communication in English and Spanish, with a hybrid Barcelona location.

Formación

• University degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 6 years of experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar position.
• Proven experience managing projects involving mobile apps, corporate websites and e-commerce.
• Good understanding of API integrations, CRM platforms and payment gateways.
• Experience with customer, membership, booking, reservation or business management platforms and their integrations.
• Experience in multi-site, international or fast-growing environments is a plus.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, written and spoken.

Sector: Information Technology & SoftwareReference: 371973-1124-26261We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join a growing international organization and take responsibility for the planning, coordination and delivery of strategic technology and digital projects.The role will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered according to agreed scope, quality, timelines and budget.The position will play a key role in the evolution of the company's digital ecosystem, working across web and mobile applications, e-commerce platforms, customer-facing solutions and the integration of different corporate systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution and monitoring of strategic IT and digital projects from initiation to delivery.
• Coordinate the development and evolution of mobile applications and other customer-facing digital solutions.
• Manage the design, development and maintenance of corporate websites and associated digital the implementation and continuous improvement of e-commerce solutions, including online acquisition, digital payments and customer experience.
• Coordinate the integration and evolution of business management and customer-related technology vendors, digital partners and external development teams, ensuring quality, timelines and budget control.
• Identify opportunities for automation, digitalization and continuous improvement of internal and customer-facing processes.
• Gather and define functional requirements together with different business stakeholders and ensure their correct technical functional testing, deployments, incidents and further developments across digital project plans, timelines, KPIs and regular progress reports.
• Ensure that implemented solutions meet the required standards regarding security, data protection, scalability and performance.
• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.

What we are looking for

• University degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 6 years of experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar position, managing technology and digital projects end to end.
• Proven experience managing projects involving mobile applications, corporate websites and e-commerce coordinating external development teams, digital agencies and technology providers.
• Good understanding of API integrations, CRM platforms, payment gateways and customer-facing digital solutions.
• Experience working with customer, membership, booking, reservation or business management platforms, as well as their integration with other corporate systems.
• Experience with similar platforms or solutions in environments where web, mobile applications, payments, customer management and other digital services need to work as part of an integrated ecosystem will be highly valued.
• Experience in multi-site, international or fast-growing environments will be a plus.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously in dynamic and constantly evolving environments.
• Strong organizational, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Analytical mindset, results orientation and a continuous-improvement approach.
• High level of Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
