Job summary

Capitole Consulting is seeking a Technical Lead / IT Project Manager in Madrid to drive technology projects from inception to delivery. You will coordinate business and IT teams, manage IT providers, and report progress to management, ensuring prerequisites and cross-functional alignment.

Qualifications

We are looking for a Technical Lead / IT Project Manager with experience in technology project management, coordination with business and IT teams, and vendor management, to join a long-term project.

• Manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of projects as Technical Lead.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure the execution of the technical and functional prerequisites required to achieve project objectives.
• Manage IT providers, ensuring quality, deadlines and successful project delivery.
• Monitor and report project status to Business and IT management.
• Coordinate multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks across different projects.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating technical concepts into clear and understandable terms.
• University degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Physics or a related field.
• Experience in technology project management.
• Experience coordinating different teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of CRM tools.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent Spanish.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
• Experience working with IT providers and business stakeholders.
