Edreams is seeking a senior IT Project Manager leader to mentor a team of PMs and deliver strategic technology initiatives. You will align delivery with corporate goals, drive governance, and foster cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid setting on a market-leading travel platform.

You will personally lead 1–2 high-impact projects while guiding the PM practice, ensuring value delivery, and reporting portfolio health to senior leadership.

• 10+ years of IT project management experience.
• Direct experience leading and developing a team of project managers.

• At least 10+ years of experience in IT project management with a proven track record of delivering complex technology projects

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills with senior stakeholders
