Lognext is seeking a Third Party Risk Management Governance Lead for a multinational banking leader in Madrid, Spain. The role involves leading TPRM governance across EMEA, ensuring compliance with DORA, and coordinating stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have over 10 years in IT Production with strong skills in risk management, supplier management, and governance frameworks. Formación

• At least 10 years of experience in IT Production, Supplier Management, DORA, and Risk Management.
• Strong knowledge of Procurement, Legal, and Compliance processes related to outsourcing contract management.
• Proven experience working in global and multi‑stakeholder environments.

We are looking for a Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Governance Lead – IT Production to join our team for a multinational leader in the banking sector.

• Lead the governance of Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) across the EMEA region, ensuring effective decision‑making and follow‑up through regional committees
• Ensure full compliance with DORA and internal control frameworks within IT Production, maintaining accurate provider records and validating control effectiveness
• Act as the central coordination point for stakeholders across EMEA, aligning business, production, and risk requirements while managing escalations
• Drive alignment between regional and global teams, ensuring consistent integration of Production data into global TPRM frameworks and reporting
• Own and continuously improve the third‑party inventory across EMEA, ensuring data quality, completeness, and traceability
• Define, track, and report key TPRM performance indicators, providing clear insights to support governance and decision‑making
• Promote a strong risk management culture by developing and delivering guidelines, training, and best practices across teams
• At least 10 years of experience in IT Production, Supplier Management, DORA, and Risk Management
• Strong knowledge of Procurement, Legal, and Compliance processes related to outsourcing contract management
• Proven experience working in global and multi‑stakeholder environments
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication skills (written, spoken, and presentations)
• Ability to work independently with a high level of organization
• Experience working in multicultural and international teams
• High level of English (spoken and written)
• Experience in KPI definition and performance monitoring frameworks
• Experience in governance models and risk reporting
• Knowledge of IT outsourcing frameworks and third‑party lifecycle management
• Additional languages (French is a plus)
