The role collaborates with IT process owners and business stakeholders, including the CISO, to translate regulatory and customer requirements into practical controls and drive risk-based improvements.

• 5+ years of experience in IT process management, IT governance, risk or compliance in complex IT environments.
• Hands-on experience with operational IT processes and control frameworks.
• Strong judgment balancing compliance, efficiency and delivery speed.

Responsabilidades

• Govern and evolve the IT control framework and core IT process landscape with IT process owners and business stakeholders, including the CISO.
• Translate regulatory, certification, and customer requirements into practical, risk-based controls embedded in day-to-day IT work.
• Own and continuously improve selected high-risk, audit-heavy processes.
• Coordinate IT audits, support remediation, and act as the primary IT audit interface.
• Maintain a clear, usable IT service catalog with transparent service levels.
• Coach and support process and service owners to improve consistency, efficiency, and control execution.
