Siemens Gamesa, a global leader in wind energy and a unit of Siemens Energy, is seeking a Wind Power Digital Services Cybersecurity Expert. The role bridges central cybersecurity teams and business stakeholders to strengthen cyber resilience in IT/OT environments.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of hands-on cybersecurity experience and holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, with expertise in IEC 62443 and NIS2.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical field (cybersecurity/IT/engineering).
• 5–10 years of professional cybersecurity experience in IT/OT hybrid environments or critical infrastructure.
• Expertise in cybersecurity strategy, governance, risk analysis, and security requirements analysis.
• Knowledge of risk management frameworks and IT/OT security standards (IEC 62443, NIS2).
• Experience managing vulnerabilities and threats and using threat intelligence for security implementation.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze cybersecurity risks from multiple sources to define and prioritize mitigation actions.
• Coordinate remediation activities with stakeholders and track progress to close findings.
• Translate central cybersecurity policies into practical measures for various environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into systems and processes.
• Assist in implementing cybersecurity frameworks, regulatory compliance, and audits.
• Coordinate incident response activities and drive corrective actions to reduce recurring risks.
