Edreams is seeking a senior IT Project Manager leader to mentor a team of PMs and deliver strategic technology initiatives. You will align delivery with corporate goals, drive governance, and foster cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid setting on a market-leading travel platform.

You will personally lead 1–2 high-impact projects while guiding the PM practice, ensuring value delivery, and reporting portfolio health to senior leadership.

Formación

• 10+ years of IT project management experience.
• Direct experience leading and developing a team of project managers.
• Ability to manage a portfolio of projects and drive change management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive leadership style.
• Business proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of IT Project Managers to deliver strategic technology projects.
• Align delivery with corporate goals and manage dependencies across IT, business units, and product stakeholders.
• Drive governance and continuous improvement across the PM function.
• Personally lead 1–2 high-impact projects as a hands-on exemplar of PM excellence.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and resource allocation to optimize delivery.
• Partner with Transformation Director on portfolio health reporting and strategic initiatives.
• Act as senior escalation point for project stakeholders and ensure sponsor engagement.
