Quadrante is seeking a Project Manager - Data Centers to join our team and deliver complex, high-impact building projects. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and drive project execution across Spain and Latin America, with frequent travel.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget and quality, ensuring compliance with Uptime Institute and TIA-942. Fluent English and a civil/electrical/mechanical background are essential to build strong client relationships and win opportunities.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management for Data Center projects.
• Strong leadership and multidisciplinary coordination across disciplines.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Knowledge of Data Center standards (Uptime Institute, TIA-942) is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate and manage multidisciplinary Data Center projects across architecture, civil, electrical, mechanical, HVAC and security.
• Ensure on-time delivery within budget and quality standards throughout all design and construction phases.
• Coordinate project resources and ensure appropriate skills and profiles for each phase.
• Oversee technical quality and ensure compliance with international standards for Data Centers.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships with clear communication throughout the lifecycle.
• Support business development through technical inputs for proposals and client meetings.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation and change management throughout the project.
