Quadrante is seeking a Project Manager - Data Centers to lead complex building projects in Madrid or Barcelona. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams across architecture, electrical, mechanical, HVAC and security, ensuring schedule, budget and quality targets are met.

The role requires ownership of project delivery, stakeholder management, and ongoing business development in the Data Center sector, with travel across Spain and Latin America as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in project management with Data Center delivery.
• Strong leadership, scheduling, budgeting and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Advanced level of English required.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate and manage multidisciplinary Data Center projects.
• Ensure on-time delivery, budget and quality across all design, permitting, construction and commissioning phases.
• Coordinate resources and allocate appropriate skills for each project phase.
• Oversee technical quality to meet standards like Uptime Institute and TIA-942.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships with clear communication throughout the lifecycle.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities within the Data Center sector.
• Identify risks and implement mitigating actions and manage changes throughout the project.
