Schneider Electric is seeking an ITSM & Vendor Management Specialist within the Global Infrastructure Service Delivery team in Barcelona, Spain. The role centers on governance, service performance, and vendor oversight to deliver enterprise-first outcomes.

You will own the consolidated Infrastructure KPI / SLA Dashboard, drive CSI initiatives, and collaborate with Procurement, Legal, and Finance to ensure alignment and ongoing improvement across pillars.

Formación

• Experience in ITSM governance and vendor oversight.
• Ability to publish and maintain consolidated KPI/SLA dashboards.
• Strong collaboration with Procurement, Finance, Legal, Security and Enterprise Architecture.

Responsabilidades

• Own and publish the consolidated Infrastructure KPI / SLA Dashboard and the monthly Availability & Reliability Report.
• Maintain the Major Incident & Post-Mortem Register and drive root-cause analysis governance.
• Enforce ITSM process standards (incident, problem, change, request, knowledge) across ServiceNow.
• Drive Continuous Service Improvement initiatives and present outcomes to leadership.
• Govern aggregate service health and partner with pillar operations teams.
• Produce Vendor Performance Scorecards and coordinate QBRs/BRs for strategic vendors.
