Radisson Hotel Group is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a PMO background to lead on-time delivery of complex network and cloud infrastructure projects in Madrid. You will coordinate across IT governance and infrastructure teams, addressing escalations and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, Agile leanings, and advanced MS Office capabilities, including Power BI for reporting. Hospitality portfolio experience is a plus.

Formación

• 5+ years IT experience in large, complex environments.
• Experience in PMO role and delivering cross-functional projects.
• Hospitality-related project experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure on-time and quality delivery of infrastructure projects with a network/cloud focus.
• Oversee execution and manage parallel project dependencies to reduce risks.
• Collaborate with IT Governance and Infrastructure teams to ensure quality delivery.
• Steer off-track projects back to on-track and lead intervention plans as needed.
• Capture and manage project dependencies across teams to minimize impact.

Role Purpose:

The primary role is to ensure the on-time and qualitydelivery of infrastructure with a highly technical perspective on network andcloud projects. It oversees the execution of projects and ensures that parallelproject dependencies are managed to reduce the risks of projects negativelyimpacting other projects.

• Play a key rolein ensuring the successful delivery and execution of key projects.
• Work with the ITGovernance and Infrastructure teams to ensure quality project delivery.
• Responsible forsteering key off-track (red) projects back to green (on-track)
• Lead and executeintervention plans (as needed) to address critical escalations or keyprojects
• Responsible forensuring parallel project dependencies are captured and managed to reduce therisks of negative impacts.

Network (required)

• Preferably toknow about the design and implementation of network systems, such as LANs,SDWAN, Security, and SAAS services.
• Advantageous toknow on Fortinet and Palo Alto products.
• Documentation andcompliance: Maintain records of network configurations and ensure adherence toindustry standards

Cloud Infrastructure(advantageous)

• Preferably toknow about AWS or Azure cloud environments.

Job requirements and qualifications:

Educational Background:

• University Degreein Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or relatedfield.
• A recognizedproject management qualification is preferable.
• Network or cloudcertifications are desirable.

A minimum of +5 years overallIT experience.

• Proven experience in a PMO role
• Experience in managing and delivering complexcross-functional projects.
• Experience in large, sophisticated ITorganizations with high volume/high transaction environments.
• Regional/Global management experience and teamingexperience, including line management.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environmentwith a strong ability to show initiative
• Advanced user level experience with MS Office(Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint)
• Exposure to both change management and businessanalysis
• Strong in processing complex tasks quickly,working with Agile methodologies
• Experience in hospitality projects is aplus.

Language skills:

Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
