Yumatech in Madrid seeks an experienced Problem & Incident Manager to oversee IT operations, incident management, and ITSM practices, ensuring system reliability and incident resilience. The role collaborates with DevOps, Security, and Compliance to strengthen controls and response playbooks.

The incumbent will drive DR/BCP activities, lead risk assessments and security audits, and support regulatory reporting for digital asset custody and financial services.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in IT operations, incident management, or ITSM.

Responsabilidades

• Incident & Problem Management Lead and coordinate incident detection, response, and resolution, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.
• Maintain and improve incident response playbooks for IT and security incidents.
• IT Operations & Infrastructure Collaborate with DevOps team to maintain the quality of IT services, cloud infrastructure, and network security, ensuring system uptime and optimal performance. Implement and manage monitoring and alerting systems for proactive issue detection and response.
• Business Continuity & Risk Management Develop and execute disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity plans (BCP) to mitigate IT-related risks. Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and EU regulatory standards. Conduct risk assessments, security audits, and simulation drills to enhance resilience.
• Compliance & Security Collaborate with security and compliance teams to enforce cybersecurity policies, access controls, and regulatory reporting requirements. Work with regulators and auditors to meet compliance expectations related to financial services and digital asset custody.

As an Problem & Incident Manager, you will be responsible for managing IT operations, ensuring system reliability, security, and incident response processes. You will work closely with DevOps, Security, and Compliance teams to maintain high availability and operational resilience for Ceffus mission-critical digital asset infrastructure.
