Envision Energy is seeking a hands-on IT Operations professional for its Madrid team. You will own IT asset lifecycle management, support European employees, and develop AI-enabled tools to improve business processes.

You will build Power BI dashboards and integrate solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, with exposure to Azure/AWS and networking infrastructure. Mandarin and English fluency are required in a multicultural environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent technical field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in IT Operations, including IT asset lifecycle management, infrastructure (networking, servers), and IT Helpdesk.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English.
• Proven experience building solutions with the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Familiarity with Azure or AWS.
• A strong interest in AI/LLMs; practical experience with AI platforms or building RAG applications is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• IT Asset Management: manage the IT asset lifecycle from procurement to retirement and optimize processes for efficiency.
• AI & Digital Application Development: develop, integrate, and deploy AI applications and digital tools to solve business problems.
• Data Analysis & Support: build and maintain dashboards (Power BI) and translate data into actionable management insights.
• IT Helpdesk: be the primary contact for IT support for European employees, troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Infrastructure Operations: maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot office networking and server room.
