Envision Energy is seeking a hands-on IT Operations professional for its Madrid team. You will own IT asset lifecycle management, support European employees, and develop AI-enabled tools to improve business processes.

You will build Power BI dashboards and integrate solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, with exposure to Azure/AWS and networking infrastructure. Mandarin and English fluency are required in a multicultural environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent technical field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in IT Operations, including IT asset lifecycle management, infrastructure (networking, servers), and IT Helpdesk.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English.
• Proven experience building solutions with the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Familiarity with Azure or AWS.
• A strong interest in AI/LLMs; practical experience with AI platforms or building RAG applications is a plus.

Smart Wind Turbines

Green Hydrogen

Job Responsibility

1. IT Asset Management: Responsible for the IT asset lifecycle, establishing and optimizing processes for configuration, tracking, and retirement, and leveraging technical methods to improve management efficiency.

2. AI & Digital Application Development: As the technical executor, responsible for developing, integrating, and deploying AI applications and digital tools to solve high-value business problems.

3. Data Analysis & Support: Utilise Power BI and other tools to build and maintain key business dashboards, translating data into actionable insights to support management and business unit decisions.

4. IT Helpdesk: Act as the primary point of contact for IT support for our European employees, providing friendly and efficient troubleshooting for hardware (laptops, printers), software, and desktop issues.

5. Infrastructure Operations: Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot office networking infrastructure and server room.

Job Requirements

1. At least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent technical field.

2. 2+ years of hands‑on experience in IT Operations, including IT asset lifecycle management, infrastructure (networking, servers), and IT Helpdesk

3. Fluency in Mandarin and English

5. Proven experience building solutions with the Microsoft Power Platform

6. Familiarity with Azure or AWS

7. A strong interest in AI/LLMs. Practical experience with any AI platform, or building RAG applications is a major plus.
