Werfen is seeking an IT Operations Area Manager to lead planning and execution of IT projects across the business, ensuring on-time delivery and value realization. The role emphasizes strategic oversight, stakeholder communication, and governance of budgets, quality, and regulatory compliance, with significant travel in Spain/Portugal (up to 30–65% depending on projects).

• Education: Bachelor related to technical knowledge, industrial organization knowledge or IVD knowledge.
• Experience: Project Manager Professional Certification or experience in IT Project Management (More than 3 years).
• Knowledge: Clinic laboratory organization experience (min 5 years).
• Certifications: VMware/Oracle/WildFly/HL7 related certifications or equivalents.

Responsabilidades

• Manage planning and implementation projects with scheduling, risk and change management.
• Monitor project implementations for accuracy and timeliness to achieve goals.
• Oversee execution to ensure on budget and on time delivery with expected value.
• Lead IT Operations planning and reviews; ensure policies and documentation are up to date.
• Coordinate pre-sales activities and tender responses.
• Manage and evaluate human resources, define training needs and strategies.
