Job summary

Tech Rise is seeking a Product Owner for the Supply Chain domain to drive digital transformation and own the application landscape, including Dynamics 365 modules, field-service and rental solutions. You will bridge business, technology and end users, delivering measurable value through disciplined backlog management and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 2 years as Product Owner in B2B environments.
• Solid knowledge of supply chain processes and ERP (Dynamics 365 preferred).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Business Applications (Finance & Operations, Power Platform).
• Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Track record launching digital B2B platforms (SaaS, portals).
• Understanding of AI technologies and how they apply to business processes.

Job description

We are looking for a Product Owner Supply Chain to drive the digital transformation of our client's supply chain domain.

You will be the driving force behind the company's supply chain digital solutions: owning the application landscape, setting priorities and leading the domain team to successful delivery. You act as the bridge between business, technology and end users, making sure every release delivers measurable value.

You will lead a scrum team of developers and functional specialists, and own business applications in the Supply Chain domain, including Dynamics 365 modules, field-service and rental solutions.

What you'll do

Product vision & strategy

• Define and maintain the vision and roadmap for Supply Chain digital solutions, aligned with business goals and customer service excellence.
• Monitor market trends and stakeholder interests to inform strategic decisions.
• Inspire the business on digital innovation and new opportunities, including AI.

Backlog & delivery

• Own and prioritise the product backlog based on business value, risk and feasibility.
• Translate business and service process needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and actionable features for developers and vendors.
• Approve sprint deliverables, drive iterative releases, and safeguard scope and budget.

Stakeholder management & change

• Be the voice of Supply Chain teams, customers and service partners, balancing operational needs with IT and business priorities.
• Connect business leaders across countries and sites to share best practices and harmonise processes.
• Support local businesses with ERP implementations: process design, scoping work packages with functional consultants and handling improvement requests.
• Lead change management, training and adoption so new tools truly stick.

Team leadership

• Lead a scrum team through refinements, sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Work closely with fellow Product Owners and foster a culture of trust, ownership and continuous improvement.

Value & performance

• Define and track KPIs, report on product impact and customer satisfaction, and act on deviations.
• Ensure seamless integration between Supply Chain systems and compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards.
• Contribute to strategic decision-making at executive level.

What you bring

Experience & knowledge

• 2 years as a Product Owner in B2B environments, ideally in automotive or supply chain.
• Solid knowledge of supply chain processes, ERP (Dynamics 365 preferred) and enterprise architecture.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Business Applications such as Finance & Operations and Power Platform.
• Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Track record launching digital B2B platforms (SaaS, portals).
• Understanding of AI technologies and how they apply to business processes.
