Job summary

Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG Madrid is seeking an IT Application Manager to own the operational and technical management of Password Manager Pro and a portfolio of standard applications. You will ensure the application stability, security, performance, maintenance and compliance with internal standards in coordination with the software provider and stakeholders.

You will manage incidents, vulnerabilities, changes, upgrades and releases and coordinate projects and initiatives for the applications

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Application Management, Application Support, or IT Operations, ideally in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• As IT Application Owner, manage Password Manager Pro and a portfolio of standard applications.
• Ensure application stability, security, performance, maintenance and compliance with internal standards.
• Manage incidents, vulnerabilities, changes, upgrades and releases with software providers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate projects and participate in new initiatives regarding the applications you are responsible for.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying optimization opportunities and implementing sustainable solutions.
