Job summary

Qim info SA is seeking an experienced Application Manager for a freelance, 100% remote engagement in Spain. You will own the application portfolio, supervise cloud/on-premises environments, manage access, billing, licences, monitoring, and security, and coordinate service delivery to business teams while ensuring continuous IT services.

Responsibilities

• Manage the application portfolio as a service owner.
• Manage cloud and/or on-premises applications including access rights, billing, licences, monitoring, resources, roles, security and updates.
• Coordinate service delivery to business teams and ensure uninterrupted IT services.
• Organise and carry out technical implementations for all changes throughout the application lifecycle; provide Level 2 and 3 support with partners and vendors.
• Manage improvements and corrective changes throughout the application lifecycle.
• Support projects involving new application deployments, infrastructure migrations and upgrades.
• Work closely with clients to define requirements and set expectations.
• Build strong partnerships between the Applications team and other IT departments.
• Create and maintain end-user and technical documentation.
